How do I find events near to me?
  1. Navigate to the Events page.
  2. In the 'Location' box of the search either enter your post code or hit the target icon and 'allow' your browser to know your location.
  3. In the 'Within' box of the search enter 10.
  4. Hit Enter on your keyboard.

This will return all events within a 10 mile radius of you location.  You can filter the search even further if you like.  Play with the search options and see what you can find.

To clear the search options, hit the 'reset' link that appears when a search has been made.

Do I need to have an account on Events4Kids to purchase tickets for events?

Yes!  Everyone who wants to interact with the site must have an account.  We currently offer 3 levels of membership:

  1. Free Membership - At this level, you can purchase tickets for events & bookmark events.
  2. Community Membership - A Community Member can buy tickets but they will also gain access to our private community area where they can create a profile, join discussion groups and have their say in group forums.  Questions asked, answers offered!  All by a group of home educating parents some experienced, some not.
  3. Event Leader Membership - In addition to all of the benefits of the previous membership levels, an Event Leader can post events on Events4Kids, sell tickets for those events and get paid directly to their bank for the sales of all tickets.Event Leaders can take advantage of the various tools we have built to allow your event planning and ticket sales organisation to become simple and powerful.

I paid for my ticket/s but I have not received an email! What should I do?
  1. Check your SPAM/JUNK email folder.  Sometimes, emails end up in the junk box and they get missed.  Check here first to make sure.
  2. You can download your tickets from the My Orders page within the members' area.
  3. If you are still having problems, contact the event Organiser from the event listing page.  Give them your details and they will be able to find your Order & Registration.
I bought a ticket and I am being invited to join a group related to the event. What does this mean?
  • When an Organiser creates an event, in most cases, they will create a Community Group related to the event.
  • This group is now a place where the Organiser can communicate with the ticket buyers to that event.
  • Group members can ask questions to the Organiser and each other in the group.
  • To access the group, you must have a Community Membership or higher.  Free subscribers cannot access the Community area and therefore cannot participate in the conversation.

Who should I contact if an attendee cannot make the event?

You should contact the event Organiser whenever you have any questions or concerns about individual events.

Do not contact Events4Kids about individual events as we do not have any involvement in the running or organisation of these events.

The event Organiser can be contacted directly from the event listing page.

If you are unable to contact the organiser of the event, please do reach out to us and we will do what we can to get you connected with the event Organiser.

Can I get a refund if I cannot make an event?

Events4Kids to not refund any tickets for any events.

All ticket sales are the responsibility of the event Organiser.

Any refund requests and/or any disputes must be taken up with the Organiser of the event.
