Using Events4Kids

Events4Kids helps families find and book home education events. We also offer selected products and resources
through the website.

When you use Events4Kids to browse events, book tickets, or purchase products, you agree to these Terms.
We recommend reading them so you know what to expect and where responsibilities sit.

Eligibility and accounts

To book tickets or purchase products on Events4Kids, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a contract

Parents or guardians book tickets on behalf of children attending events.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide when creating an account is accurate and kept up to date.

Event listings and responsibility

Event listings are created and managed by independent Event Leaders. They are responsible for:

• Accuracy of event descriptions
• Age ranges, requirements, and suitability
• Delivering the event as described
• Complying with relevant legal, safeguarding, and insurance requirements

Events4Kids provides the platform for listing and booking but is not responsible for the delivery or content
of individual events, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Booking tickets

When you book a ticket, you are purchasing a place at an event run by an independent organiser.

• Tickets are issued electronically, delivered instantly by email, and (if you create an account) are also available within your online account
• You are responsible for checking event details before booking

If you are unsure whether an event is suitable, we recommend contacting the Event Leader before purchasing.

Pricing and discounts

Ticket prices are displayed on each event listing and are set by the Event Leader.

Prices are non-negotiable unless a discount or offer is explicitly stated in the listing.
Please do not contact Event Leaders to request individual discounts unless invited to do so.

Refunds, cancellations, and changes

Important: Event tickets are managed under the event listing and organiser policy, while products sold on Events4Kids are covered by the product-specific information shown in the product description.

Digital products sold on Events4Kids are delivered electronically and made available immediately or as described at the point of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available once access has been provided, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Attendee cancellations

Refunds for attendee cancellations are governed by the refund policy stated on the event listing.
Please read this carefully before booking.

If no refund policy is stated, tickets are assumed to be non-refundable.

Event changes or cancellations

If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, the Event Leader is responsible for deciding whether to:

• Reschedule the event
• Offer a refund
• Offer a credit or alternative arrangement

Where an event is rescheduled, you will be given the option to accept the new date or receive a refund of the ticket price.

Refunds apply only to the ticket price paid. Events4Kids cannot refund external costs such as travel, accommodation,
or related expenses.

Suitability and attendance requirements

By booking a ticket, you confirm that the attendee meets all requirements stated in the event listing, including:

• Age range
• Ability requirements
• Venue access considerations

If an attendee does not meet the stated criteria, entry may be refused and refunds may not be available.

Behaviour and safety

Event Leaders and venues may refuse entry or remove attendees where behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or breaches venue rules
or safeguarding policies.

In such cases, tickets may be voided without refund.

Events4Kids, Event Leaders, and Organisers are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings at events.

Risk acknowledgement

Some events may involve physical activity or other inherent risks. By choosing to attend an event, you accept responsibility
for assessing whether the activity is suitable for you or your child and for accepting the ordinary risks associated with
participation.

Events4Kids does not assess or supervise event activities.

Disputes and support

If you have a concern about an event, please:

1. Contact the Event Leader first using the contact details provided on the listing or through the platform (where available)
2. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact Events4Kids at [email protected]

We aim to respond within 5 working days and help facilitate a fair outcome where possible.

Platform availability and liability

Events4Kids provides its services on an “as available” basis. While we aim to keep the platform running smoothly,
we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

To the extent permitted by law, Events4Kids is not liable for:

• The quality or delivery of events
• Actions or omissions of Event Leaders, Organisers, or venues
• Losses arising from attendance at events that are organised and delivered by independent Event Leaders or venues.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
