Join us for 3 nights of camping under the stars on a delightful camping experience at Graveley Fruit Farm. For the 3rd year running, we have rented a large field on the farm, and want to bring home ed families together for a great weekend of fun and activity.  Camping will be basic: letting the children play and the adults relax.  

Camping Facilities

This is a back-to-nature experience. You will however have access to the following:

Hired Toilets - located in the camping field.  There are also more toilets in the adjoining fields near the on-site Cafe, just a 2-minute walk away, open 8 am - 5 pm.

Drinking Water - There is a drinking water stand pipe in the adjoining field where you will be able to fill water containers.

Washing-Up Station - A washing-up sink has been built for our campers to use.  Cold water only I'm afraid!  Don't forget your washing-up liquid.

Limited electric hook-up may be available, tbe, please book your ticket and if hook-ups become available we can upgrade your ticket on a first bought ticket basis. 

We will have space to freeze your ICE Packs and a space to charge your phones (just bring your own plugs!)

No showers! Sorry.  There is however a hose pipe for those who are brave enough or if you need to rinse the kids off!

BBQs and Fires

BBQs are welcome.  Fire Pits too, but they must be raised high enough off the grass so that we can leave the field as we found it. No ground fires are allowed.

Food & Drink

Like any camping trip, you will want to bring your cooking equipment! The farm is just a three-minute drive to the local Sainsbury where you can buy whatever you need. Carousell Café is onsite and open from 9.30 am - 4.30 pm selling hot meals, sandwiches, cakes, drinks & ice-creams. There are also three great pubs all within walking distance of the campsite, all selling food during normal opening hours (booking in advance may be advisable).

Activities

We will organise a couple of activities over the weekend to keep the kids entertained, but in the past we have found the kids just created their fun & games and didn't need our intervention!

If you'd like to run an activity over the weekend for the children please get in touch before booking for a reduced-price ticket!

Bring a Bike - Graveley has some great footpaths for country walks and bike riding.  The farm itself is plenty big enough for kids to play on their bikes around the campsite too.

Car Boot Sale - On Saturday morning from 8 am there is a car boot sale on site where you can grab yourself a little bargain or memento of the weekend.

On-site you will also find: Strawberry Picking, Crazy Golf, Crazy Carts and Bouncy Pillow.

The Sand Pit and Kids Play Ground can be used for free!

Night-Time Fun

Come the evening, we'll play some music (requests welcome), gather around and enjoy the long summer evening and the warmth of the campfires!
